This document guarantees that our 22 consumer centers meet the health and hygiene standards set by the Tourism Ministry; obtaining the highest standards in food handling (reception, storage and preparation); as well as the necessary requirements in cleaning areas, management of chemicals and wastes, pest control and sanitation.
Congratulations to all our employees for their willingness and daily commitment on keeping these guidelines to the letter, without their efforts, this certification would not be possible, Thank you!

We had been to Marival 4 years earlier and this time was fantastic. The food was great, especially in the Mexican restaurant, the staff were all very friendly and there was someone cleaning all the time...lobby, beach, hallways.... Very clean beach and well organized staff.
This was a clean hotel with rooms that were adequate in size and amenities. Bathrooms could use an update. In room coffee machines but had to ask for coffee and limited amounts of cream and sugar. Lots of food choices. Nice heated pools some of which were deep. Lots of space and loungers. Washrooms too far away from pool and beach area. Gym equipment limited and many items substandard. Free wifi was only free in designated areas. Would have been nice in the room. Very poor process for booking specialty restaurants. A few more shops in hotel would have been nice. Hotel location and grounds good. Hotel staff fair to good.
